Artists Larry Achiampong and David Blandy host an informal evening of video screenings and debate around the postcolonial and the posthuman, showing the Artsadmin produced Finding Fanon Part Two as well as a selection of work by other artists.
Combining art house cinema with digital culture's Machinima, Finding Fanon Part Two delves into post-colonialism and post-humanity within the digital environment of Rockstar Games Grand Theft Auto V's in-game video editor. Larry and David will talk about the making of this work and widen the conversation to include other works by artists exploring similar territory.
