An experimental project with Kettle's Yard, Cambridge, bringing three artists to the Gurdon Institute to develop works inspired by our scientific research

Experiments in Art & Science ...is a new public engagement project for the Gurdon Institute, funded by Wellcome. Working with Kettle's Yard in Cambridge, we have invited three contemporary artists to explore, interact with and respond to the work being done by an Institute research group of their choice.

Scientists will collaborate with each artist over a period of several months from Jan to May 2018.

The artists:
David Blandy - working with the Livesey lab
Rachel Pimm - working with the Miska lab
Laura Wilson - working with the Zegerman lab

Curator Harriet Loffler and Scientist & Public Engagement Manager Hélène Doerflinger discuss the project at Kettle's Yard.
