Random Acts Series 6, Channel 4


Random Acts -Channel 4’s weekly late-night TV show and online short film strand- returns for a sixth series later this Autumn with award-winning Canadian comedian and writer Mae Martin taking the reins as host.

Mae succeeds Fresh Meat star Zawe Ashton as curator, presenting a medley of beautiful, bewildering, dirty, dangerous and disruptive art from musicians, writers, animators, artists and other random creative types.

Random Acts continues to be a platform for exciting new talent as well as showcasing experimental work from more established figures. The series will begin airing Thursdays at midnight from 1st November.

David Blandy’s edit of his film “The End of the World,” will be broadcast on Thursday December 6th at midnight closing the series.
